Accord Earns CQL Accreditation!

Accord is excited to announce the amazing news that we have been accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) in Person Centered Excellence!

To deeply integrate internationally-recognized tools for quality improvement, human service providers pursue CQL’s Person-Centered Excellence Accreditation. This level of accreditation works to transform person-centered philosophies into organizational practices and utilize data to inform and drive agency-wide decision-making.

This accreditation consisted of reviewers meeting with focus groups of staff, people we support, and other stakeholders of our organization. They had individual conversations with people supported by Accord, virtual tours of branches and homes, and, of course, going through a number of our policies and procedures. This accreditation is for four years (2020 – 2024).
