Accord™ Hires New VP of Programs

Vicki Gerrits has been a leader in the disability community for over 30 years. She is a passionate and values-based person who enjoys positively impacting human services. Known for her collaborative style, Vicki has use it to develop innovative services in Minnesota.

Vicki joins Accord™ as the Vice President of Programs, moving from the Chief Strategy Officer at Accra. There she provided leadership to programs, led development and growth, and established a legislative advocacy program. Prior to Accra, Vicki worked many years for Lifeworks Services as the VP of Service Development and also VP of Services. There she established policies and practices around state and federal regulations, oversaw programs, provided contract management, and oversaw strategic growths.

Accord™ is excited to have Vicki join us and looks forward to her leadership. Vicki will be working with Accord™ Case Management, Individualized Community Supports, Metro Residential Services, Northern Programs, Home Health, and Personal Support services. Together with Bob Brick, VP of Employment and Day Services, they will form a strong team to lead our programs and services into the future as we break down barriers and improve our quality leading to major impact for the people we serve and our communities.
