Accord’s Employment Support Services is designed to assist individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment opportunities within their communities.

Accord offers employment services in four different areas: Engagement, Planning, Development and Support. Our goal is to develop customized jobs in the community that capitalize on each individual’s interests, abilities, and personal goals.

Employment Support may be an option for someone who:

  • Want Exploration, Development, or Supports through a waiver

  • Is looking for employment opportunities

  • Has learned a new skill or is working on developing new ones

  • Is looking to get involved in their community

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing personalized support to each individual, including job coaching, skills training, and job search assistance. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to contribute to their community and achieve their full potential.
